Lingual Liberty: A philosophy, a technique
The Lingual Liberty system has been conceived to offer to the users a maximum of liberty, control of the set-up, choice of brackets and wires, immediate in-of ce rebonding, lab independence and a maximum of accuracy due to a speci c bracket positioning procedure.
Lingual Liberty does not need robot for bending wires, even during detailing sequence, because the lingual liberty wires are at, straight and preformed.
The presentation of cases will demonstrate the simplicity and the ef ciency of the clinical procedures.

The nature of Lingual Orthodontic treatment
Unlike to the Labial orthodontics, when putting brackets in lingual side of the mouth, the reaction of the teeth to the applied force is somewhat different that of in labial side.
Our teeth do not care where the orthodontic force comes from, but only react to the force where the force intend to move the teeth to certain direction.
Regardless of the position of bracket placement, as an orthodontist, we must move the teeth to the new position that we want and planed.
From this reason, when doing Lingual Orthodontic treatment, we must be aware of the natural characteristics and different aspect of Lingual orthodontics compared with labial Orthodontics and it will be discussed in this presentation

LASER and Light Stimulated Lingual Orthodontic and Clear Aligner Treatments
Numerous strategies have been proposed to facilitate lingual orthodontic and clear aligner treatment in many ways such as acceleration of tooth movement, pain reduction etc. Photobiomodulation, LASER and light, is an emerging area of science that has clinical applications in a number of human biological processes. This procedure will enhance the success rate and the result of lingual orthodontic and clear aligner treatment in many aspects e.g. acceleration of tooth movement, Grow modification, periodontium preservation, root resorption, reduction of orthodontic pain, orthognathic surgery and retention time.
